Decision for reducing 25% the amount of communal taxes

Ilinden Municipality adopted a Decision to reduce the amount of communal taxes for arranging construction land, for 25%. 

The Ilinden Municiplaty decided to decrease the communal taxes for arranging construction land for commercial buildings as well as for residential objects. 

The new price for the economic structures of 1m ² is 15 euros, while the price for private residential objects for 1m ² is now 2 euros. 

By lowering the tax for arranging construction land it will provide stimulating and attracting new investments, as well a development of the existing economic capacities which are in function, and will provide a further economic development of the municipality of Ilinden and will contribute for opening new working places. 

Simultaneously with the reduction of the price for communal taxes for private residential objects or households, the citizens of the Municipality of Ilinden will gain approval for the construction of their facilities with lower prices.
